1. General Return & Refund Process

To initiate a return or request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details of the issue.
  • Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
  • Return Shipment: Package the item securely with the RAN clearly visible on the outside of the package. Send the return to the address provided by our customer service team.
  • Inspection & Refund: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange.

2. Returns for Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • Report the Issue: Contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the defect or damage.
  • Return Authorization: We will provide a RAN and instructions for returning the item.
  • Refund or Replacement: Upon receiving the returned item, we will offer a full refund or send a replacement item at no additional cost.

3. Returns for Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item:

  • Notify Us: Contact us within 30 days of receipt with your order number and details of the incorrect item.
  • Return Authorization: We will issue a RAN and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.
  • Correct Item: Once we receive the incorrect item, we will send the correct item or issue a refund if the correct item is no longer available.
  • 4. Returns for Items Not Received

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time:

  • Check Tracking: Verify the status of your shipment using the tracking number provided.
  • Contact Us: If there are issues with the delivery, contact us for assistance. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Refund or Replacement: If the item cannot be located, we will offer a refund or send a replacement item.

5. Returns for Canceled Orders

If you decide to cancel your order after it has been placed:

  • Request Cancellation: Contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
  • Return Process: If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow our standard return process to return the item and receive a refund.

6. Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, you may be responsible for return shipping fees.
